What this site collects

This site collects what you give it and what your browser sends when you visit.

• Your answers to the diagnostic questions about your business.
• Your name and mobile number, when you ask for your report.
• A record that you agreed to be contacted, including the mobile number you agreed with.
• A one-time verification code sent to your phone. It is stored as a hash, not as the code itself, expires after 10 minutes and allows 5 attempts.
• Any document you choose to upload.
• Your IP address and browser details, which are passed to this site's self-hosted analytics as you use the site. They are not stored with your answers.

How your information is used

Your information is used only for these purposes. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.

• To produce your diagnostic result from your answers.
• To verify your mobile number and text you the link to your report.
• To deliver your request to IHT Services LLC, so IHT Services LLC can respond to you.
• To measure how the site is used, with self-hosted analytics.

Who receives your information

Your information goes to IHT Services LLC. To get it there, these services handle parts of it:

• A text message provider, which receives your mobile number to send your verification code and report link.
• The lead delivery system, which receives your answers, name and mobile number and sends them to IHT Services LLC by email.
• Self-hosted analytics, which receives your IP address and browser details as you use the site.
• The website's delivery network, which carries every request between your browser and this site.
• A storage provider in Germany, which holds backup copies of the site's database, including contact details and consent records.
• Google, which receives your IP address when your browser loads this site's web fonts.

Text messages

Texts are sent only after you enter your mobile number and agree to receive them.

You get a text only when you ask for one: a verification code, then a link to your report. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This site uses two strictly necessary cookies to keep your session working, and no advertising cookies. Each one is described under Cookies on the Legal page.

How long your information is kept

If you upload a document, it is deleted automatically after 30 days. Your other information, including your answers, contact details, consent record and verification records, has no automatic deletion date today. It is kept so it can be delivered to IHT Services LLC and so IHT Services LLC can respond to you, and copies are held in backups of the site's database. You can ask IHT Services LLC to delete your information at any time.

How your information is protected

Your name is stored encrypted. Verification codes are stored as a hash, not as the code itself. Each delivery to IHT Services LLC is signed, so the receiving system can confirm it came from this site.

No system is perfectly secure, so no one can promise your information will never be exposed.

Your choices

You can ask IHT Services LLC to see, correct or delete your information. How to do that, how Global Privacy Control is handled and why nothing is sold are explained under Your privacy choices on the Legal page.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not meant for children. If a child has sent information through it, ask IHT Services LLC to delete it.

Do Not Track

This site has no advertising trackers and does not follow you to other websites, whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. It does not change anything else when that signal is sent.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page and the effective date at the top changes.
